Meet Junior Mint!
Junior Mint came to the Osawatomie Pound as a stray. She needs a patient adopter and a home with another pup to help build her confidence. She must have had a horrific past because she is terrified of so many things. Her foster family is patiently trying to help her understand she is loved for the first time. Junior Mint stays on her doggie bed unless she goes for a walk or on a potty break. It's her safe place. Her foster mom says "She is a beautiful soul. She walks great on a leash and is potty trained. She never makes a sound. She won't eat out of her bowl if anyone is around. She plays with her stuffies at night when we go to bed. She will take treats only while in her bed. She is afraid of cars but we are working on that. She never growls, bites or shows any aggression. She has been through a lot in her past to be this scared". This sweet pup needs a loving home and a buddy to learn how to play.
