Meet Juni

Juni is a 5 year old, 66 lbs German Shephard Mix.

Juni is currently located in South Texas and will be transported.

Hello there, I'm Juni. I was rescued as a pregnant mom, and I had my puppies in a warm, safe place, and was a very good mommy!. My puppies were adopted and I no longer have to worry about having babies (whew!) and now I'm just looking for my very own forever home. At my first foster home I cared for my puppies and I also lived with children, and discovered that I loved both types of little ones. Puppies or kids, I really love both! Now I'm in a different foster home and I get to play dress up with the grandchildren (tea time, anyone?) which is a lot of fun for me. I can be a bit picky with my dog friends, but in general I'm fine with dogs as long as they're polite and not pushy. One thing I don't like is cats... I've lived with them before and I've never liked them, so I need a home without cats. I am potty trained and comfortable sleeping in my crate too. I'm good in the car (or the golf cart), in case we want to go places. I have learned some basic commands, but I'm always open to learning more. I just learned how to roll over - it's silly but I love the treats I get afterwards, haha! I enjoy going for walks, getting to stretch my legs and being out in the fresh air and sunshine make me happy. And speaking of sunshine, I know I would enjoy living in a colder climate since I have a thick, plush coat, and it would be fun to run around in the snow, or play in the fallen leaves and just enjoy the cooler weather. If you're looking for a mature, calm and well-behaved girl, I hope you will consider me. I'm ready to start the next chapter in my life with a loving family of my very own!
