Meet Juliette
Juliette is a German Shorthair Pointer, approximately 4yrs old, spayed,
microchipped, current on vaccines,
crate/potty trained, and she weighs 48lbs.
Found as an emaciated, HW+ stray, it was obvious she has had a rough go of it for quite some time. Juliette has undergone injection therapy for healing her HW ‘a and she will need to be retested in 6 months. She has also had hernia and tail repair/docking. She is super affectionate and loves a good sturdy lap. She crates well and no separation anxiety. She most likely has lived outside in a pen in her past life and does not know basic commands other than “come”. Juliette needs a home where she is treated with kindness and patience and can live inside. She seems to have some vision issues especially at night, possibly with depth perception. She is currently being fostered in Williamsburg, VA, in a home with other dogs and a cat, she gets along well with all. She would probably do best in a home without small children due to her vision and hyper focus on food.
