Julian doesn't know he's disabled. He's an inspiration to everyone he meets. He is slowly beginning to walk on all fours. Although professionals never thought Julian would progress as he has, Julian had other plans in mind. As our master of ceremonies at thewalk-a-thon held by MADD/Mothers Against Drunk Driving in 2019, Julian stole the show by leading all the participants. The crowds were cheering this triumpant dog running with so much joy in his wheelchair.
