Meet Jules
Jules 2 year old JR with a very bad start in life.
Jules is going to require a very knowledgeable owner with a ton of patience but these dogs reward you when they finally start to trust.
Jules is very smart and lives to work, think Belgian Malanois is a Jack Russell body. He’s very intense in everything he does. He gets along with dogs but his play is over the top so he needs the right dogs in the same home. It would be good for him to have other dogs but if he had an owner who worked with him several times a day perhaps into dog sports he’d be fine with that. He’s good with cats.
Jules does bite and at this point can not be touched reliably. He does however show bite inhibition and is not drawing blood. He also warns you when he’s uncomfortable. It will take time and patience until he’s ready to be touched. He wants to be affectionate just doesn’t know how.
The good things with Jules are he’s really fun to work with super food motivated. Learns really fast. Not destructive in the house. Loves his crate and is quiet in it. Great with all animals including the horses and pig.
Jules will require very special person as he’s a true rescue.
