JT's Story
JT is a 10 year old lab pit mix who was rescued in the summer of 2016 extremely malnourished.

He has lived in adult only homes until a few years ago. He now has two young skin siblings and a 6 year old Golden Retriever Brother. He is incredibly sweet and loving and has never had any violent incidents, and has never bitten anyone, until a recent incident occurred. The two youngsters were playing and dancing around the dogs and when the older one was trying to get him to move, she hit him on the behind (he's always been sensitive on his back end) and he snapped at her and bit her below the eye. He was instantly remorseful and knew what he did was wrong. The owner said that she truly believes that he wouldn't do it again and that it is completely out of character, but can't take that chance with young kids, knowing that they don't understand boundaries with pets. We would love to find him a family without young children.

If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. They currently are fixed, up to date on shots, wormings, preventatives and are microchipped (with lifetime registration). Adoption fee is $215 with approved application, applications can be filled out at this link. https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/10167/generic .
