Joy's Story
Joy is a quite little girl who started off completely terrified of people, but is learning to trust again. Although, she prefers hanging with other pets over humans, she will hang on the couch and watch TV and sleep with her foster mom in bed. She has begun "talking" to her foster mom when she's excited and learning to play with toys. She adores playing with other small dogs and one of her favorite things to do is to army crawl around the floor with a toy in her mouth. She has no issues with cats and enjoys their company as well. She would love a home with other small dogs she can play with, and preferably with no children. Additionally. she is allergic to chicken, so no chicken in her food.
