Meet Jovial Jean Carlos
Jovial Jean Carlos was rescued off the streets of the Western side of Puerto Rico by our foster mom. He was extremely malnourished and starving for love and attention.
Fast forward a few months and he is ready for his forever family!
He is 39 pounds, 4 years old and fully vetted.
Jean Carlos loves all other dogs and loves his foster mom. We do not know how he behaves with children or cats.
He loves to nap, sun bathe, eat and repeat. He is a stunning basset hound ready to waddle into your heart and home.
