Meet Journey
"Just a small town girl livin in a lonely wooorld" Journey (just like the band) has arrived! I am a 73 pound, Heinz 57 (black lab, hound, mastiff, cane corso) 2-3 year old gal!
I tried to take up residence on a couple's porch and eventually found my way to Rescue One. The vet said that I had been shot with buckshot. I guess someone didn't want me around any longer. But, here I am ready to find my happy ending! This girl is house, crate and leash trained already! I know the commands "sit" "shake" and "wait". It is easier for me to warm up to women who speak softly and have treats but I am learning to be around men too. My nature is sweet, cuddly and snuggly. Sitting on the couch, playing fetch and belly rubs are just a few of my favorite things to do! I will lean into you for kisses, loves and treats. My favorite activities are car rides, pup cups, playing ball, long walks, and chewing on bones. I would love a home with a nice big fenced yard that I can check out plus a family who loves and adores me. I get along with dogs, cats, and kids although I might accidentally knock little ones over. Little kids make me nervous too, but older kids are fine.

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
