Since Journey and her previous owner went their "Separate Ways", she has been such a fun and friendly dog for us to foster. We've told her "Don't Stop Believin'" that her forever home is out there. She is 100% housebroken, and is crate trained. When she is tired of the "Lights", she will even put herself to bed at night! Can sleep with you or in her crate, "Any Way You Want It". At five years old, she has plenty of energy and playfulness, and is sometimes a little rambunctious. If she's on a leash and can't go say hi to another dog, she does get upset. Hey, "The Girl Can't Help It", she loves attention! She does really well with kids, but she's not limited to "Only The Young" as she hasn't met anyone that isn't instantly a friend. She greets everyone with "Open Arms", and is always ready for "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'" and any other snuggles she can get. Gets along well with the dog and the cat in our house. She is very smart, knows several commands, and settled into our house routine in just a couple of days. If Journey is the dog for you, she'll be forever yours"Faithfully"
Additional information: Journey
is 25 pounds of energy and bangs into us, jumps up on us, and paws at us with fairly large paws for an IG, so that is potential concern for younger kids.
Also she is not super great right now on a leash when it comes to being distracted by birds, squirrels, and, especially other dogs.
Since she is a mix, she does shed more than a typical IG.
