Meet Josh
Josh is a 10 year old 60 lb lab/bully mix with a sense of adventure. Always looking for new experiences, he would love to have an active family to satisfy his wanderlust with long walks, car rides, or expansive property to explore with an invisible fence. Don’t let his age fool you, this healthy silver senior has got so much spring in his step that even a 6 ft fence wouldn’t separate him from an opportunity to travel. He’s happy to spend time in his crate when you are away and even enjoys his meals solo, more time to dream about that next destination. Josh likes the company of seasoned or calm dogs like himself. He’s not so sure about new people and pups at first, but he’s got layers, like a cake with a delicious filling. With a little time and guidance you’ll reach that creamy center that’s full of couch cuddling, companionship, love for all his people big and small, and even a little booty dance when you scratch just the right spot. Josh is just a gentle hearted dog looking for a family to share his world with.
