Hi, my name is Jose!
I’m a long-legged Lab/Shepherd mix who’s learning all about the good life indoors. When I first came in, I was very skinny and had a few scars on my face, but don’t worry — that hasn’t stopped me from being friendly and hopeful. I greet everyone I meet with the biggest smile (and sometimes a little jump, but the staff and I are working on my manners!).
One thing I absolutely love is food — it’s one of my favorite parts of the day! I’m also trying to figure out how to make friends with other dogs. I’m not quite there yet, but I’m learning and improving every day. With a little patience and love, I’ll make the perfect companion for someone who wants a loyal, goofy, and loving best friend.
