Jordan Labrador Retriever Mix Charlotte, NC

Hello! My name is Jordan and I am two years old. I weigh around 30 pounds and am listed as a Labrador Retriever mix, but I am not quite for sure about that breed. I am looking for a family of my own. If you haven't seen the story about me on the rescue page, I was originally adopted in early 2023 and transported to what was supposed to be my new home near Charlotte. However, due to all the changes I was scared and bolted when taken out of the car. This led to me being on an adventure on my own for the next four months. I finally got tired of being on my own, so one day I went into this trap and finally found a safe place. I went to the the vet for a checkup, ate and have been learning to adapt to being around others.

I am not feral or unfriendly, I am just learning to be around others. I like other dogs and play with them. I have a little energy and overall, I'm a great boy! This nice rescue is saying they will give my new family some tricks on how to help me adjust to my new home, so that we can both learn to trust each other.

We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet.
