Joey is a calm and easygoing gentleman looking for a loving retirement home. This 15-year-old Bichon Frise enjoys snuggling occasionally but mostly prefers the comfort of his own bed. He gets excited for his daily walks, car rides, and trips to the dog park. While he’s not into toys, he’s always happy to receive a tasty treat!
Joey is dog-friendly and thrives in a peaceful environment. He would do best in a home without young children or energetic puppies, as he prefers a relaxed atmosphere. We believe he's potty trained, but potty pads may also be a good option as backup for him.
Because of Joey's sensitive stomach, he'll need non-prescription sensitive stomach food.
Despite his age, Joey is still spry—he has no mobility issues and can jump onto furniture and into the car with ease. He does well on a leash, so a fenced yard is not necessary as long as he gets his beloved daily walks.
