Meet Joan
Joan is about 6 months old and approx. 30lb. She has typical puppy energy and jumps, runs, plays, nips etc. which are all manageable with patience, exercise and obedience training. Joan loves children that can respect her and understand she will run/chase, around age 7 and up. She is fearful of men and would do best in a home without or with a family who is VERY patient and understanding that it will take time for her to trust.
Please note: We do not have a physical facility and the dogs are not located in Hudson, NH. We are a foster-based rescue and dogs can be located anywhere in New England. All adopters must be pre-approved to arrange a meet and greet, and the adopter is expected to travel to the dog's location. We do not transport once the dogs arrive in New England. Applications must be submitted at HarveysHope.org for consideration. We estimate it will be 1-2 weeks before you hear from one of our volunteers. Thank you!
