Jo is such a sweet little girl. She and her three sisters wound up in a rural high-kill shelter in SC. Jo is adorable, playful, and cuddly. She iis fairly calm for a puppy and very loving. Since she is still young, she will need to learn house manners, leash walking, and basic puppy obedience. She will need to be let out every few hours since she is still young.
Are you the special person or family who can give Jo a loving home? She promises to be a good girl and she will love you with every fiber of her being. Please apply to adopt Jo today.
The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter.If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs....all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! Some animals cost more than others to rescue, so our adult animal adoption fees range from $275-$350. The adoption fee imposed for each animal is based on: fees paid to the shelter, vetting costs, transport costs, and boarding costs.
Be sure to ask us about getting a free 30-minute phone consult with a professional dog trainer within the first 30 days of adopting - just for HT adopters. Start your new dog out on the right foot with this valuable, expert advice and guidance FREE!

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out information about fostering on our website at http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/pet-foster-forms/.
Thank you for contacting Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and helping to save a life!
