Meet Jewel!
Jewel is quite an adorable little girl! She’s approx. 3 1/2 years old & nearly 18 lbs. (she is looking into a diet plan “tomorrow”…
but oh how she loves her treats!)
Our girl has some trust issues with humans so she'll need a little time to warm up. Once she does, she'll develop a strong bond with her one special human; with others she tends to be a typical nippy, Chihuahua. She occasionally will use the dog door for pottying, but she prefers potty pads.
If you are looking for a lap-buddy who will dote on you and love you forever... Jewel's your girl!

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
