Meet Jett! Jett is a smart and alert companion who's perfect for an active family who loves to hike. Jett does great with daily exercise and would excel in agility training to keep both his mind and body active. Jett went on a two-hour hike with a volunteer family, who reported that they had a wonderful time with him! They said he is social and friendly with other dogs, and when he came home with them he did not chase their cats (but he was interested in them). They said that despite his high energy, he's a snuggle bug who loves to be with his humans after a long walk. He's super cute when he sleeps, all curled up with gentle snores. He also was great on a walk in Old Town Pasadena, in the hardware store, and at the pet store, where he chose a treat for himself. Our volunteer family feels he needs a dedicated family to help him learn basic commands and provide him with the physical and mental stimulation he craves.
