Meet Jerry, our noble German Shepherd-Lab mix, tipping the scales at a solid 65 pounds. At 1.5 years old, Jerry is the epitome of loyalty, with a deep-seated desire to please and a quick intellect that makes him a joy to train. He's got the basics down pat and is fully house trained – he’ll make sure to keep your home just as tidy as he keeps his manners.
Jerry's a little on the bashful side, especially when it comes to meeting new canine companions. He's looking for a family that understands the value of slow, patient introductions and the importance of socialization. His ideal home would be one willing to continue nurturing his confidence around other dogs, helping him learn that the world is full of friends he hasn't met yet.
While Jerry's heart is big enough to share with a family of any size, we've found that our pups tend to thrive in homes with children aged 10 and above. It gives them the perfect blend of energy and maturity to bond beautifully with their human siblings.
