Jelly Bean's Story

The Beans litter arrived at their foster home on December 8, after 5 days of being cooped up in a small kennel at a shelter and a long car ride. They were thin and a little shut down initially, but with a week of being able to run and play and have plenty of good food and lots of attention, they have turned into strong, healthy, fun and affectionate love bugs! They battle for the first kiss when they are let out in the morning, and love to snuggle in a lap before bed at night. This really intelligent litter is also very agile and athletic, and a couple of them have blue eyes, so they may be a GSD/Border Collie/Husky mix.

Jelly Bean is all boy, a big, strong athletic 25 pound pup who loves to run and play. He's also quite affectionate and has figured out his size advantage over his siblings means he is tall enough to stretch on his hind legs to get the most pets from his foster family! He is likely to be around 100 pounds when full grown. His quirky ears and one blue eye and one brown eye make him quite the character.

Experience with GSDs or other working/herding breeds is a must for these puppies. Also, puppies cannot be left alone more than a couple of hours at a time.

Please only apply if you have the required experience and are able to be home with your puppy.
