Meet Jeff
Jeff is a sweet, fun loving boy who had a rough start in life. He was found as a stray and ended up on the BARC euthanasia list with a pelvic fracture. Jeff is unaware that he has any limitations and is fully living his best life! We grabbed this sweet boy five minutes before the deadline, we just couldn't let his light be snuffed out. Jeff is being evaluated for treatment and is in need of a foster.or adoptive home that can deticate the time and love this boy needs to heal!
