Meet Jazz
For up-to-date info like events, closings, new animals, success stories please LIKE Manchester Animal Shelter on Facebook!
Meet Jazz, originally a Southern transport but was just recently returned from adoption. Jazz appeared to like the company of other dogs but that wasn't the case going home. She will need to be a single pet in a home without children.
Jazz is a 3-year-old Blue Pit who is the sweetest gal you'll ever meet! She just LOVES people and playtime! Nylabones or super chewer toys are her favorite. Pop a few in the freezer with some cream cheese or peanut butter and she will stay occupied and happy. She would rather be by someone's side, however, taking on the day! She is loyal, affectionate and a total goofball. She is full-grown, weighing around 55lbs, not too big, not too small.
So what do you think? Would you like to meet the girl with the perfect pittie smile? Email canines@manchestersanimalshelter.org and start the ball rolling.
Adoption fee is based on age:
Puppies 8 weeks through 7 months are $400
Dogs 8 months through 7 years are $325
Senior dogs over 8 years are $125
Seniors for Seniors (Seniors 65+ adopting over 8 years): $75
All adoptable dogs are spayed and neutered, have age and time appropriate vaccines, microchipped and heartworm tested. Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional vaccinations and medical care (including puppies Rabies shots if adopted at under 12 weeks of age) will be the responsibility of the adopter.
If you have questions you can call our office at 603.628.3544. To request an application, please email canines@manchesteranimalshelter.org

Note: As with all of our dogs, we strongly recommend obedience classes for new owner and dog to create a life-long bond with the adopted dog based on trust, respect, and rewarding training experiences. Our shelter dogs are strays and we observe and assess their behavior at the shelter which may be somewhat different in a home environment.
