Jayna Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix Manhattan, KS

Hi: My name is Jayna. I am a 4-year-old female Staffordshire Terrier mix who loves my people. Actually, I love pretty much everyone. My foster dad says I am 55 pounds of sweetness wrapped up in white fur with the cutest spotted ears he has ever seen.
I am house trained and will come get you when I need to go for a walk. I like to go for long walks and explore the farm. I want to see everything so I sometimes pull a little hard on the leash but I am learning to do much better. If you like running I would love to run with you. I know sit, stay, come, let’s go and am working on stop, lay and “go to the house”.
I love kids but would do better with middle school or older kids because I get excited to see them and don’t know how big I am so I might knock smaller kids over. I am good with other dogs but I need to be introduced slowly. I like to play rough so I would do best with bigger dogs or as an only dog.
I have done well with the cats at my foster home and will just sit and watch them but might bark once or twice to see if they want to play with me. I do have a strong prey drive so if they run from me I will chase them. Cats in my home should have confidence and not run from me.
I like to play ball and really love my plush chew toys. You can watch me play in my video. My foster mom loves the way my tail goes in circles when I am happy.
I have been spayed and am up-to-date on all my vaccinations and have heartworm, flea and tick prevention. I would love to find my fur-ever family so I can love and care for them.
