Meet Jasper
Jasper is a 4 year old Chihuahua mix and is 19 lbs. He is playing pretty shy here at the kennel but once he warmed up he is a major snuggle buddy. He gets along great with other dogs. He would be a great companion for a retired person or couple in a fairly quiet environment.
He will take a little while to settle in so a patient and loving home is the requirement.
He is housebroken, does well with other dogs. Per his foster home he is good with cats.
