Jake Great Pyrenees Mix Seattle, WA

Jake is a 9 month old, 65 lb, male Great Pyrenees mix.

Jake is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to his new home.

This handsome and very fluffy young fellow is Jake. True to his breed, Jake tends to get along with most other animals, and shares his foster home with dogs of varying sizes. He has not been around cats, but has met the neighbor's goat and was very relaxed throughout their meeting. He does not live with farm animals though. Like most Great Pyrenees dogs, Jake truly enjoys being outdoors, basking in the sun and strolling around the property. He initially resisted being indoors, but is now fine with it and likes to nap on the cool tile floor. He is crate trained and knows to go potty outside. Jake also enjoys being around people and does very well with the grand children. He loves a good belly rub or having his ears stroked. Jake would be happiest with a home with a large fenced yard that he could enjoy, and some friendly animal companions (cats are a great unknown though). His sweet and mellow nature will surely charm the person seeking a large, friendly and yet protective companion.

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $650 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and transportation costs.
