Jake is a very sweet and mellow boy, he really seems to like everyone! His Foster home has 3 children under 7 and while Jake does get along with them, the noise and excessive activity makes him anxious so he barks at the kids when they run around. We feel this Good Boy will do best with children over 10 for this reason.

Jake would prefer a quiet home as the only pet or with a mellow dog with manners. For the most part, he doesnt pay other dogs much mind, if they jump on him, he might bark but his Foster has not seen any aggression. He has not been tested with cats.

Jake has a passive/neutral temperament and loves to lay around a calm home. He is crate trained and does know sit, stay, shake and off. His Foster has found no food aggression or separation anxiety, she tells us he takes treats nicely, can be hand fed and LOVES freeze-dried liver treats and chasing a ball.

This mellow and affectionate, 5 year old Rottie mix is looking for his very own quiet place to call home, he is available for Foster-to-adopt or Adoption. The lucky home that adopts him will be rewarded with lots of cuddles and tail wags!
