Jake is just over two years old and has a sweet, loving personality. He's ready for a family of his own and loves to be with people, treats and going for walks. He's a young pup who's had limited activity because of his injuries and medical care but will make a full recovery and as a young dog has lots of years and love to give.

Brought in as a stray to MDAS, he waited weeks to be rescued and we know from his cropped ears that at one time, he had a family.

Jake loves cuddling in bed with his humans and doesn’t hesitate to join you on the couch to watch some Netflix. He wants to be by your side at all times and is very playful when you introduce a new toy to him. He loves his kibble, and is always happy to take a treat.

Jake did a board and train and was calm, sweet and loves to learn. He's practicing his leash manners and gets very excited when he sees other pups and with proper introductions and friendly pups Jake should do well.

Jake has spent a lot of time on crate rest and leash walks only and has proven to be a sweet and loving boy with both people and animals. He has a healthy prey drive, so no cats as he loves to run and chase things that move.
