Sweet Jacque is scared at the shelter. He walked with me to an interaction pen, but I could tell that he could use a canine friend, so I put Gloria in the adjoining interaction pen. She was just what Jacque needed, and they'd play bow and run along the fence together. When she'd take treats from me, Jacque would, too. It wasn't long before he was also enjoying pets and chasing toys. Jacque is a sweet dog who longs for friends-canine and human.
