Hi there, my name is Jacob! I’m a one-year-old, 55 lb chunk full of joy, love, and handsome good looks. ? Here’s a little bit about me:)<br/><br/>My story started one hot day in Houston; I was lost, wondering the streets with a heavy chain around my neck, thirsty, hungry, and tired. A nice lady saved me and took me to my foster mommy. Now, I live in a safe, happy foster home filled with other dogs who are also waiting for their forever families. We spend our days playing together, and everyone here is loved equally, whether we’re big or small. I even have kitty friends! They’re not very playful (my foster mom says they’re “a little grumpy” ?), but I like them anyway. I let them sit next to me because I think they’re cute. ?<br/>My foster mommy says I’m super smart. I learned to go potty outside very quickly. I also know that when she puts me in my crate, I need to be quiet — and when I come out, I get a cookie. ? I’m learning every day that not all people are bad, and it feels so good to be loved.<br/>I might be a little shy when we first meet, but if you have a cookie, I’ll warm up to you right away. ? I love toys, kisses, and hugs. My human foster sister gives me kisses all the time and I love it. ? My favorite part of the day is when we all go outside. I feel the breeze on my face and think about how beautiful life is when you’re surrounded by people who love you.<br/>My biggest wish is that one day we all find our forever homes.
