MEET JACK #11!!

Jack was adopted from a shelter in the midwest. Jack initially is shy and nervous around humans at first, but once he warms up to you, all he wants is to cuddle, kiss and play fetch! Jack is kind, gentle and loves to follow his family (canine and human!) around like a shadow. Jack is treat motivated - he will do tricks for baby carrots! Jack will go to the door if he needs to pee, but he needs someone willing to leash him outside and not raise their voice, or he will submissive/nervous pee. Gentle Jack does not mark, and is housebroken other than that. Jack is hopefully searching for a forever family who will be gentle with him and who has experience handling dogs with severe allergies (currently undergoing allergy testing!). Jack seems to prefer women - he can live in a household with men however he does seem more likely to cower or submissive urinate around them. He is especially fearful of men in military uniform. Sweet Jack is currently dealing with dermatitis and excessive chewing/itching. Currently he receives Benadryl daily and this may change with results of allergy testing. Jack will come with his favorite bed, a bag of his current food, crocheted blanket, Barkbox toys, remaining Bendryl and pill pocket treats, collar, leash, harness, and cushiony e-collar for chewing/itching.
