What is Izzy you may ask? Your guess is as good as ours. Izzy is shaped like a border collie, acts like a border collie, feels like a border collie....but that color??

Izzy was picked up stray by a shelter partner and was not reclaimed. She's been here only a few days, but she seems to be a fairly simple dog for the person who understands how to build confidence in a young dog as she is pretty unsure about her place in the world. Izzy really enjoys being with her person, but is not forward and prefers to warm up at her own speed.

Izzy will do best in a training centered home with another confident dog already in residence. She travels well in a vehicle crated, walks nicely on leash, and is super interested in building real partnership with someone. Are you Izzy's person?
