Meet Ivy

Ivy and her mom and siblings arrived at a shelter as strays when the pups were only a week old. Their momma had been able to care for her pups and keep them alive even though she was extremely ill. Mom was rushed to the ER, and although she couldn’t be saved, she gave her pups a chance to find their happily ever afters. They are all healthy, happy, and doing wonderfully well in their foster homes. Ivy is 12 weeks and 15 pounds old now and shes ready to find her forever family.

Foster mom describes Ivy as a feisty little lady who loves to run around and play with her bigger foster sibilings. She enjoys a rough and tumble play as much as she loves to hang out with us on the couch. She is attentive, curious and an absolute love!

PUPPIES AND YOUNG DOGS GROW into the expectations of their families through love, care and consistent training. This, more than anything, defines their evolving behaviors. Puppies cannot be left unattended for more than 3 to 4 hours a day. Young pups can only go to homes with small children where the family is "p savvy". and has boundaries for both the puppy and the child.

PLEASE REMEMBER: The specific breed of any dog abandoned to a shelter or rescue is only the best informed determination of rescue in agreement with our veterinarians.
