Ivy is a border collie mix (could have some lab and Staffy in her too, we are not sure). She is 2 yrs old and 60 pounds.

Don’t let her size fool you—Ivy thinks she’s a lap dog. And in case you forget to pet her, she’ll remind you with a nudge of her nose :) She’s great with people and loves other dogs after she’s had time to safely meet them. Ivy came from a house with many dogs so she’s cautious with other dogs during mealtime. She loves her crate and is happy sleeping there throughout the night. She is also house-trained.
She knows some basic commands (sit, down, stay) but would benefit from a family who is willing to continue to work with her and reinforce those good habits. While she’s an independent girl, she’s also a cuddle-bug (see reference to lap-dog above!). Ivy loves a good couch or soft bed, and she welcomes all the belly rubs you’d be willing to give her. She’ll bring spunk and sweetness into her new family.

All our dogs have been spayed/neutered; treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed.
