Itty Bitty Hera Chihuahua Westfield, NY

Itty Bitty Hera arrived at NCCR on January 23rd. She is thought to be approximately two years old and possibly and long haired chihuahua mix. She has spent the last few weeks in a foster home so that we could learn more about her and figure out which would be the best situation for this girl.

From her foster mom: Hera is a 2 year old 7 pound beautiful girl. She's a little powerhouse!! She is very friendly, playful & funny but she is not for the idle owner. She is always on the go! Another active dog in the home is a must for Hera. While she is not suitable for very young children, she will do great with kids age 9 and up. She likes to chase cats for sport, so your cat would have to tolerate her antics. So little, Hera is easy to slip by or wrap around your feet. She is polite and we are working on commands & complete housebreaking. Also, she grooms everyone who holds still... eyes, ears & loose hair?



Hera is spayed, vaccinated (including bordetella) and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $215.00. (cash or check only, we are unable to accept credit cards)

We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopter must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in.
