Inky Terrier Mix Cumming, GA

This adorable brindle guy is a LOW rider with some short legs who thinks he is a big dog. He has some bulldog features with some little dachshund like legs, but that doesn’t stop him from seeing the world. Hanging outside is his favorite activity and he loves to roll around in the grass chasing bugs. Pull out the water hose and he will have a blast chasing the water and helping you pull the hose around the yard. Inky gets along great with other dogs and enjoys rough housing with his brother and playing tug-o-war with toys. He is showing a lot of interest in the felines in the home, and we aren’t sure a cat would appreciate his enthusiasm. The vet believes Inky will be around 30-35lbs once fully grown so a wonderful, huggable size. We are still working on potty training and will need a family that can continue those key puppy training skills to help Inky become an amazing adult. Inky goes to bed all night long without a sound and his foster Mom say he may be the best puppy ever. If you are interested in learning more about adorable Inky, please apply.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
