ABOUT ME: Indigo, but I also go by Indi. I’m a 7 month, neutered, Black and white ticked male seeking a long-term commitment. I’m easy going and like just about everyone I meet, but my partner needs to be ready for all my demands! I live with a male dog and female human, but have met a handful of other dogs and humans. I have not been around cats or young children, so would be best that I go to a home without either. I’m a Virgo and currently weigh 23lbs. I’m not going to lie, sometimes I forget to use the outside toilet, but I’m working on it. I’m a decent listener, but sometimes if I sneak out of the front door, I go check to see what the neighbors are up to and take a little sniff in the woods. So, I stay on the leash by the house or around town. I’ve been hiking off leash with my human and two older, athletic dog friends. I stay on the trail with the group and we run and sniff all the things. I can keep up really well with the big guys. I also love to dig in the dirt! When I’m home I enjoy playing with my stuffed toys, but I especially like boxes! I take naps on the floor, in the crate, on my human’s lap, and I sleep on the bed during the day and at night with my human. I enjoy morning bed cuddles so I can get my belly and feet rubbed. I can be mouthy a lot of the time, but just need some redirection on how to properly communicate. There are times when it’s difficult for me to express myself without using my teeth, so I would appreciate someone who understands and is willing to work on some counter conditioning with me and positive reinforcement training.

ABOUT YOU: I really want someone that’s ready for a full commitment. I want someone that’s interested in being out and about and wants to share most of their time with me. I love meeting new friends and going on adventures. I sometimes get nervous, but as long as my partner is confident it just takes a little coaxing and I trust their direction. I need someone that is willing to work with continuing to socialize me around new humans, animals, and mountain bikes. I enjoy riding in the car so would love someone who will take me on road trips or take me around town to run errands when the weather is cool enough! Health and exercise are important to me so no couch potatoes please! I’d love someone that hikes, runs, or can take me with them to burn off some energy on a daily basis. I’m also not the Netflix type, so please swipe left.
