India Pointer & Brittany Spaniel Mix Lenexa, KS

This is India. She was originally a Great Plains SPCA dog and has been with The Pet Connection for several years. She's about nine years old and has been looking for her forever home for at least four. In her time with us, she's gotten some grey on her sweet face. We just don't understand why she keeps getting overlooked, but she tries not to let it get her down. She's such a great girl and we really hope her luck is about to change. Maybe you can help with that!

A bit about India: She's an adorable pointer/brittany spaniel mix with a winning personality. Adorable with a winning personality should get a gal adopted, right? She's housetrained and loves car rides, putting her head out the window like she doesn't have a care in the world. Have you ever tried that? It’s exhilarating!

In addition to those good qualities, India is also a really good listener. You can tell her all your worries and secrets and she won’t judge or tell a soul. She'll just provide a cold nose, two listening ears, a warm smile, and understanding eyes. But maybe when you're sharing your worries and secrets with India, you could also give her some petting? Maybe even a belly rub?

India would do great on a farm or some acreage, and enjoys going on walks with her humans. Children and other pets can make her nervous, so she'd prefer an adult-only home where she can be your one-and-only pet. We promise that India has so much love to give that she's all you'll ever need.
