Inar Mixed Breed Bellingham, WA

-Personality: Social, playful, wiggly, a bit timid with new people but warms up quickly
-Can Live with Kids: Dog-savvy kids ages 10+ (Inar was supposedly surrendered for "not being compatible" with child in his previous home)
-Can Live with Cats: Unknown history - could likely live with a confident cat pending a proper introduction
-Can Live with Dogs: Yes, could live with a PUPPY TOLERANT dog pending an initial introduction done here at the shelter.
-Can do Apartment Living: Yes, but I am still in the process of potty training!
-Potty Trained: Still working on it!
-Bite History: No
-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Yes, a six week puppy course
-Energy Level: Medium/high
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, a neuter
-Additional Information: Inar the puppy was left in our after-hours kennels by his previous owner. They did not give us much information regarding his history or why they were giving him up, besides the fact that he apparently was not compatible with the child in their home. Inar is only about 4 months old and still very much a puppy. He will need a patient adopter willing to work on training to help him become a well-rounded adult dog. We're not sure if Inar is potty trained, so adopters will need to be willing to work on that as well. As you can tell, Inar is an interesting looking little guy with a long coat. He's going to need consistent grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. If you'd like to meet Inar, the first step is filling out an adoption application. Staff will review applications to ensure it's a good match before scheduling an introduction.
