Meet Hunter
Hunter is a very good boy who is about 9 years old. This handsome and fun-loving guy still enjoys running around, long walks and playing, but at the end of the day loves a comfy bed to curl up on.
Shy at first, Hunter quickly warms up to new people. His love of treats help him to create fast friends with anyone who offers them. Hunter does not really care for other dogs as he was not socialized when very young. He really would prefer a home as the one and only pet.
Since Hunter is a bit fearful, living with small children would overwhelm him. Hunter would prefer a quiet home with older teens and adults.
Overall, Hunter is just a good dog with a very easy-going temperament. He is housebroken and although very strong does walk well on a leash.
Adoptions are by appointment only. For more information on this pet email adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org
All dogs are fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated and heartworm/lyme tested before adoption. Adoption fees are $360 for a dog, $460 for a puppy, and $250 for a dog with special needs or senior over 10 years old.
