Meet Huckleberry

Huckleberry is a handsome 2 year old Shepherd/Collie mix who is looking for a place to settle down. He was living on the streets for a while and is ready for the comforts of a home with a family that loves him. Huck is a higher energy boy who will make a great active time partner. He is currently heartworm positive and is available for foster to adopt while undergoing his heartworm treatment. He must be kept calm during that period and is looking for a family who will come up with ways to keep him busy. He will do well with a family of adults and children 12+ who will work on his training and comfortably broaden his horizons. He is a very sweet boy who will bring a lucky family lots of love.
