Howie is between 1-2 years old and one of the happiest dogs ever. He would do best with another dog and a home with a fenced backyard of his own to run and play in. Howie loves to explore and would make for an excellent adventure buddy no matter what you want to do. Want to go for a hike, a trip to the store, run around in the yard or veg in front of the screen, he will be right by your side. He is young and has a lot of energy to check things out, but he is not overly rambunctious. At the end of the day, he loves to cuddle with his people. Howie is house trained and doing very well with crate training. He walks great on leash, and knows, "sit," "come," and "wait." He is very treat motivated. Howie would do better without a cat in the home. At first Howie can be a little shy with new people but give him a minute and he warms up. He would do well with children over the age of 8.
