Meet Hopper
Hopper’s my name and tug-of-war is my game. I’m partial to belly rubs and like giving kisses. Just a fun, young outdoorsy guy looking for a long term commitment. The forever kind. Interested? Please read on…
I like to take a few minutes to warm up to new people but once you’re in my friend zone… you're there for life! I’m crate trained and I don’t bark very much (only at strangers to let them know I am there). I’m still working on this leash walking stuff but I'm sure I’ll get the hang of it with a little more practice. I LOVE to play with my dog friends and the 3 smaller humans I’m currently living with (ages 8 to 13) so, a forever home where I’d have fur and/or human sibling(s) would be ideal for me! Bonus points if you have a home with a backyard where I can play (and potty until I master this leash stuff).
I am currently being fostered in San Luis Obispo but my people are willing to schedule meet and greets with families living in the SLO/LA/OC areas. K9 Kismet has agreed to help my foster find the best forever home for me so please reach out to them if you'd like to schedule a meet up!
