Meet HONEY (TRIPOD LOVE)
Meet HONEY!
This 10-year-young, 13 pounds of tripod terrier sweetness sure lives up to her name!
HONEY'S favorite activity is cuddling up next to (or on) you.
Only two months ago, HONEY was found as a stray, having lost a foreleg from an attack by a larger dog. But she doesn’t dwell on it. Instead, HONEY focuses on sniffing the air for news, and actually stops to smell the roses!
HONEY is quickly gaining confidence with getting around her new neighborhood, and will even break into a solid run if there’s a squirrel nearby. She will also walk anywhere for chicken treats!
In addition to her sweetness, HONEY is calm, affectionate, and easy going!
HONEY'S housebroken and has never barked in her foster home, which she shares with another dog and cat.
While snuggles are her favorite activity, HONEY also enjoys chewing on bully sticks, investigating the park for squirrels, and just being around people. She is the perfect couch partner!
HONEY can’t wait to find her own people! She will do great in a cat-free home excited to continue building her confidence. She is fine as a solo dog or would do well with living with a low-key pack of dogs around her size.
Are you ready to give HONEY the FUREVER home that she deserves? If so, please email Forblakessakerescue@gmail.com to inquire about an adoption application.
