This southern belle has a beautiful, light brindle coat, which is reminiscent of a sandy beach!
Honey Pie is THE PERFECT girl , who bring so much joy to all around her. This is what Honey's foster mom says about her: 'Honey Pie is most perfect house dog. Loves to play with other dogs. Not food aggressive. Is loving and Miss Personality! Sweet and wonderful'
Honey Pie is a people loving girl! She arrived at the shelter after she wandered in for a visit to the local library in South Carolina, and charmed everyone there. She was trying to survive the hot southern sun, and she was thrilled that she found a cool place with lots of new people to meet.
The Library staff said she was a very good girl and didn't cause any problems during her stay. They were hoping that she would be reunited with her owner at the shelter but nobody showed up to claim her. We were amazed that she didn't have a family searching high and low for her, as she is SO loving.
Honey walks well on a leash. She loves other dogs and was non-reactive with cats. She's housetrained, crate trained, and eager to please!
Honey is about 2 years old, weighs 55lbs, has all of her required vaccines, and is spayed and microchipped.
She is available for adoption through one of our partner rescues.
