Mama Honey was found caring for her five puppies, doing her best to keep them safe despite having survived distemper earlier in life. She's a fighter through and through, and now that her puppies are grown and she's safe with us, it's her turn to be spoiled. At around 10 years old, Mama Honey has a little wobble in her walk and a small twitch in her mouth, reminders of what she's overcome but don't let that fool you. She's happy, healthy, and living her best life! She adores belly rubs, attention, and gentle affection, and she's wonderful with other dogs and totally ignores cats. Mama Honey is looking for a calm, loving home where she can spend her golden years getting all the love she's always deserved.
