Meet Honey Bun

update 11/21 Honey is doing very well. You can pet her on her own terms. She does need secure 6' fencing and a doggy door. She is house trained and does not need be be crated. She is well behaved in the house. She still will not allow a leash, going to just take time.

Honey Bun was trapped with safe trap. She had been hanging around a property for 4 days when rescue was contacted. She was terrified. Not very social, never been in a house. Terrified of leash.

Update:
Will need time and patience. Now crate trained and coming in house when asked. Still scared. Must have 6' physical fence.

Few weeks later doing much better. Comes in when asked, is crate trained. She is still terrified of leash. Not sure about being petted, will continue to work with her.

All of the adults in our program are fully vaccinated, spay/neutered, and have been microchipped. The adoption fee is $250. Adoptions are limited to within a 100 mile radius of Cincinnati. Applications can be submitted online at: https://form.jotform.com/FredsMission/app
