Honey B is ready for adoption, looking for a special home for her. Someone that understands and have a deep love for abused pups. There will be a small adoption fee, which will be donated to a rescue. She was captured in the woods in Bryson city. We know she was out there for at least six weeks by herself so when I got her home, she was very much in survival mode and pretty much terrified of everything. I have had her for three weeks now and she has come a long way.

Honey B still has puppy tenancies like putting her paws on you when she’s excited, nipping to show affection, and does not know her boundaries. We have been working on all of it and she is doing a lot better with her boundaries. I’ve also been working with her on her basic commands. Sit, lay down, stay, and leave it. She is an amazing little girl and is doing great with everything that she’s been through. Honey is also crate trained. She is a great playmate with my pups and I think she would do best in a home with other medium sized playful dogs.

She does not fully trust and that’ll come in time. She does trust me a lot more now than she did three weeks ago. She has to be introduced to everything for everything is new to her, in-home and outside of the home. Honey, absolutely loves toys and bones. She has the puppy eyes that will pull at your heart strings and will make you want to spoil her with everything you got. She’s extremely sweet girl and needs a loving, patient home where she can thrive. I believe she is a red bone coonhound between 8-11 months old. She is up-to-date on her shots and has been spayed. The last two pictures were when she was first captured and brought home.
