Meet Honey
Apply to adopt at https://www.sgdhrescue.dog
Honey was dumped at a playground. She was so confused that she waited for multiple days for her people to come back. She was fortunately found by one of our volunteers, and taken home. Despite being very shy and timid, she has grown to be a rambunctious and loving puppy. She loves to cuddle and run around with the other dogs. She will cuddle with the occasional cat and is good with kids. Honey takes lots of time to decide if new people are friends or foe. She needs an extremely patient adopter and a low traffic home. She loves attention and giving kisses. If you have the patience and are looking for a new best friend, Honey might just be the dog for you.
All doggies are vaccinated age appropriately, spayed/neutered, on flea tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and microchipped.
We do not require a fenced yard (excluding case specific dogs). However you must have a plan to keep your doggie safe and contained which can include an electric fence. All breeds listed are estimated and we hold no guarantee that if DNA tested, they will come back with the same breeds as listed. We require all doggies be kept on heartworm prevention year round for their entire lives after being adopted. We do not allow force training (prong, shock, choke, or pinch collars etc). Although many of our dogs are house trained, you should expect some accidents during the adjustment period after adoption. This time can vary by dog. We cannot guarantee behaviors as our doggies may have unknown pasts
