Sporting a luscious coat the color of rich golden honey, her name really suits her to a tee, doesn’t it? Meet Honey, an adorable 4-year old, 40-pound Pug/Labmix who appreciates the wonder of nature and the serenity of her surroundings.

Honey is initially shy, but once she gets to know you, she likes being pet, cuddled and kissed. Athletic and energetic, Honey requires daily exercise on a regular basis, after which she is fully content chilling out at home. A nice-paced jog, a brisk walk, a long stroll, Honey lovvvves physical activity, particularly in a relaxed, quiet-type setting where she can concentrate on her workout, without losing too much focus. Hey, who needs distractions when there are calories to be burned?!

Housebroken, crate-trained, and clever, Honey is obedient when it comes to doing her business outside and goes into her kennel when directed to do so. She responds to the command sit, and is clearly capable of expanding her vocabulary with some additional training.

Honey is a sensitive girl who wags her tail, gives affection, and gets excited for leash walks. She is looking for a kind human (preferably one with a fenced-in yard) who will give her the time and attention she needs to fully blossom, grow, and shine...and for that, she will be your best friend furrrever!
