My name is Holly. I am a happy 35 lb., Lab mix. I am full grown and about 3 years old. I am usually shy when I first meet someone new but after a day or two I warm up. I will be a loyal, loving companion for my new family. I am truly “man’s best friend,” and happiest when we are doing things together. I enjoy going for walks and playing fetch. I am good with other dogs and patient with considerate children. I am smart so basic training classes would be a fun family activity. I am eager to please my humans. I am house trained. I would do best in a home with a fully fenced backyard with room to run around while we play. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home.

The minimum donation for a dog is $175 (or $225 for puppies).

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Since all of our dogs are in foster homes, an individual dog may not be at our weekly Adoption Event due to conflict with a foster's schedule.
